Join fellow book lovers for an in-depth discussion of some of the year's most talked-about nonfiction books. The first discussion will center on Thomas Cahill's Sailing the Wine-Dark Sea: Why the Greeks Matter. From the author of How the Irish Saved Civilization, learn about the history of Greek culture and how the ancient Greeks have influenced the Western Civilization of today.
The first book club discussion will be held on Tuesday January 29 at 4:00 p.m. in the Bingham Room at Sunset Center (9th & San Carlos). Questions? Call Stuart Walzer at 622-0983.
